A charity, in law and in practice
TiO is a non-profit, charitable organisation duly registered with the Non-Governmental Organisations Regulatory Authority (NGORA) of Malawi.
- We do not operate for private gain and distribute no profits or assets to individuals.
- All resources mobilised are used exclusively for public benefit and charitable purposes.
- We comply with the NGO Act, NGORA regulations and applicable national policies.
- Our books are subject to proper financial management and external audit.
